How does it work? its extremely easy:
• Use the automatic mode and cover the rear camera with your left index finger

How is it possible?
This app use the iPhone camera and detects a color change in your left index finger;
it happens each time your heart beats!
A sophisticated algorithm is able to calculate your heart rate and show you a real-time chart during the measurement.

Although the calculated result is not 100% sure, is a good starting point for understanding how the health of your body is. Please note however that the use of this application does not exclude or alter the importance of medical consultation in situations of very high heart rate.
